BJS Composites is a developer and producer of Silicon Carbide fiber reinforced Silicon Carbide (SiC/SiC) components for e.g. application in Breeder Blankets, Gyrotrons and First Wall. Our materials are lightweight, high-temperature-resistant, mechanical stress & chemical attack resistant (including H2), irradiation-resistant (stoichiometric properties). We dispose of an all-EU supply chain, and are ITAR-free. Our related company, BJS Ceramics is the sole developer and producer of SiC fibers in the EU, so we dispose of a reliable supply chain – important for the development of expensive fusion technology.
