Based on standard LTCC Technology, which is applicable for harsh environment, VIA electronic developed a customized component (Coil) in collaboration with F4E. Therefore a special assembly process for interconnection cables were developed and the component was qualified for operation at high temperature.
These innovative inductive magnetic sensors are used to measure local magnetic field in various frequency ranges in the diagnostics unit.
Customized components (R / L / C), ceramic PCB or ceramic packages for hermetic housing can be developed and manufactured in Germany.
